Launched in July 2001 as a company offering data center services to businesses, NTT Bizlink subsequently developed into a comprehensive ICT outsourcing business as it expanded its corporate offerings by integrating the multipoint video-conferencing service business of NTT Phoenix and the data center business of NTT-ME.

	2014:Began offering contact center solutions
	2017:Began offering smart glass solutions
	2018:Began offering SMART Communication & Collaboration Cloud, a Visual Collaboration Solution
	2021:Began offering Beamo™, a Video on Site Solution 20th anniversary of NTT BizLink founding
	2022:As the new NTT DOCOMO Group, Began offering services under the corporate business brand "docomo business".
