Launched in July 2001 as a company offering data center services to businesses, NTT Bizlink subsequently developed into a comprehensive ICT outsourcing business as it expanded its corporate offerings by integrating the multipoint video-conferencing service business of NTT Phoenix and the data center business of NTT-ME.

	2001:Company founded. Started as a hosting/ASP company. Filed as a telecommunications business.
	2003:Obtained approval for a special construction business (telecommunications construction work) Integrated the multipoint teleconferencing services business of NTT Phoenix Communications K.K.
	2004:Integrated the data center business of NTT-ME Corporation Began operating the Data Center of NTT EAST Began operating the CSC (Customer Service Center) of NTT EAST.
	2006:Obtained the Privacy Mark certification.
	2007:Transitioned to a joint-investment company of NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS and NTT EAST.
	2008:Began operating the Data Center of NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS.
	2011:Began offering a one-stop total solution for data centers.
	2013:Began offering "Management and control center".
	2014:Began offering "Contact Center Solutions".
	2016:Began offering security services.
	2017:Began offering "Smart glass Solutions".
	2021:Began offering "Beamo™". 20th anniversary of NTT BizLink founding.
	2022:As the new NTT DOCOMO Group, Began offering services.
	2023:Began offering Multi Platform Monitoring Operation Service "Mulmo".
